For years our repeat guests have been getting free nights through a stamp card program Norman & Sarah started in the 90’s as a way to show our guests how much we appreciate them coming back time after time. Over the last few years we have been looking for a way to expand that program and make it to where our guest don’t have to keep up with a little card. We believe you will enjoy all the benefits our new program offers.

What happens to my current Stamps?  
The next time you stay, your current stamp card can be turned in and redeemed for points. Each stamp gets you 215 pts.

How do we earn points?
Points are earned based on the dollar amount spent($1 = 1 point) points are only earned on your nightly rate.

How will we know how many points we have?
You will receive emails that will show you how many points you have and you can also create a login to view your account.

When do my points get applied to my account?
All points will be applied by the day you check out.

Are there any restrictions for redeeming points?

• Points cannot be redeemed during a group reservation but can be used before or after a group stay.
• During October and Holidays, a minimum night stay may be required before points can be used for a free night.
• Cash off offers, and vouchers may not be combined with specific specials and packages or used to purchase gift certificates.
• Free nights can only be redeemed one night per stay.

This reward program is a gift from us to all of our valued guest, manipulation of system may result in account cancellation.
