On September 27th Hurricane Helene moved through North Carolina and Tennessee dumping mass amounts of water that caused major flooding in many areas. We are using this page to keep people updated on the conditions of Sevier, surrounding counties, and the Smoky Mountain National Park. Sevier County only received 5 – 8 inches of rainfall
