Our gourmet dinners are prepared by Chef Eric Ball and served in our cozy dining room with limited seating for 6 guests or fewer, allowing for exceptional attention to detail and a quiet, romantic atmosphere.

Eric is our in-house chef. He is the son of Sarah and Norman, the owners of the Blue Mountain Mist. Eric has been professionally cooking for the past 20 years, honing his cooking abilities to ensure that each dish is seasoned and cooked to perfection. Whether you want a couples dinner or a group dinning experience Eric is the chef for you! You can book an individual dinner, or if you are staying with us you can add a package to your stay which includes a romantic dinner.
